Quotes and scheduling
A photo quote depends on the items and access details you provide. Larger or uncertain jobs may need an assessment. Before work begins, the written quote identifies approved items, access, labor, travel, disposal costs and any exclusions. A request is not a confirmed appointment. We confirm the pickup window and price with you before scheduling.
Changes, payment and cancellation
Additional items, unexpected weight or changed access may require a revised price. We discuss changes and obtain your approval before additional work. Payment terms, any deposit and any cancellation charge must be stated in your written quote before you approve it. Call 602-245-0267 as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel.
Items and safe access
You must have authority to approve disposal. Identify items to keep, separate valuables and records, and provide safe access. Standard removal excludes hazardous chemicals, fuel, asbestos, medical waste, sewage and regulated waste streams. Refrigerant appliances, tires, batteries, electronics and heavy debris require a confirmed handling and disposal plan. We do not disconnect gas, water or electrical lines. Unsafe conditions or disputed ownership can prevent removal.
Donation and recycling
Donation or recycling depends on item condition, facility acceptance and practical routing. We do not guarantee that every item can be donated or recycled. Customer property is not used in promotional photos without permission.
How we use inquiry details
When you submit a quote request, we receive the contact information, pickup details, item descriptions and images you choose to provide. The form is hosted by Jobber. We use these details to review your request, communicate about it, prepare a quote, arrange approved work and maintain service records. Business email sent to hello@manajunkremoval.com is forwarded through Namecheap to the owner's Gmail account.
Send photos of the removal items and access path. Avoid including identity documents, payment information, private records or people who have not agreed to appear. Your information may be processed by the providers used for intake, email and service administration.
Communications and your choices
A quote request does not require enrollment in marketing email or marketing text messages. Review the optional selections in the form before confirming. The form explains its transactional text terms. Follow the unsubscribe instructions in any marketing message you receive.
